Stephen Leaders are the pastors, other church staff, and lay leaders who complete a Stephen Series Leader's Training Course, equipping them to serve in a leadership role within their Stephen Ministry.

Provide leadership in all aspects of the ministry.
Share a vision and build a foundation for a lasting Stephen Ministry.
Build awareness and ownership.
Recruit and select caring people for Stephen Ministry training.
Train people who are approved to become Stephen Minister caregivers.
Work with Fr. Rod to identify people in need of care.
Assign Stephen Ministers to provide care.
Supervise the caregivers and serve as support people and mentors.
Affirm the care given by Stephen Ministers.
Evaluate and improve the caregiving ministry on an ongoing basis.
